1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, submitting documents, or engaging TNT Financial Solutions LLC (“TNT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Scope of Services

TNT Financial Solutions LLC provides:

Individual and business tax preparation

Tax planning and strategy

Bookkeeping services

Financial consulting and advisory services

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice unless provided under a formal client engagement.

A client relationship is not established until:

Required intake documentation is completed

Fees are agreed upon

An engagement letter or service agreement is executed where applicable

3. Consultation Policy

TNT Financial Solutions LLC

At TNT Financial Solutions, we value both your time and ours. To ensure dedicated, uninterrupted service, all consultations require a non-refundable $25 booking fee at the time of scheduling.

This fee:

Secures your appointment on our calendar

Confirms your commitment to the scheduled time

Allows our team to properly prepare for your session

Consultations are not confirmed until payment is received

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 2 hours’ notice. Appointments missed without notice will require a new booking fee to reschedule.

The consultation fee does not include tax preparation or bookkeeping services and does not guarantee ongoing engagement.

4. Engagement and Client Responsibility

TNT relies on the information and documentation provided by the client.

You agree that:

All information provided is complete and accurate

You will disclose all income, deductions, and relevant financial information

You are responsible for reviewing completed returns prior to signing

TNT does not audit or independently verify information unless expressly agreed in writing.

You remain legally responsible for the accuracy of your tax return and financial records.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees will be disclosed prior to filing or delivery of services.

Payment may be required prior to filing tax returns or releasing completed documents.

TNT reserves the right to withhold filing or document release until payment is received.

All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

Bookkeeping and advisory services may be governed by separate written agreements outlining billing cycles and termination terms.

6. No Guarantee of Tax Outcome

TNT Financial Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific refunds, credits, financial outcomes, or tax savings.

Tax results are dependent upon:

Information provided by the client

Applicable tax law at the time of filing

IRS or state agency determinations

7. IRS Representation and Regulatory Compliance

TNT operates in accordance with applicable IRS regulations, including Circular 230 where applicable.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:

TNT does not provide audit defense or tax controversy representation.

IRS or state audit representation requires a separate engagement.

8. Electronic Signatures and Consent

By using our services, you consent to:

Electronic delivery of documents

Electronic signatures

Electronic communication

Electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under applicable law.

9. Record Retention

TNT retains copies of tax returns and related documentation for a limited period consistent with industry standards and legal requirements.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own permanent copies of all filed returns and supporting documentation.

10. Confidentiality and Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal and financial information.

However, no system of electronic transmission or storage is guaranteed to be fully secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNT Financial Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits

Penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information

Delays caused by failure to provide required documentation

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNT Financial Solutions LLC from claims, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising from:

False, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you

Your violation of tax laws or regulations

Misuse of our website or services

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

14. Force Majeure

TNT shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system outages, governmental actions, or third-party service disruptions.

15. Termination of Services

TNT reserves the right to decline or terminate services for:

Suspected fraud

Non-payment

Failure to provide required documentation

Conduct that violates applicable law

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
